Using mineral charcoal or hardwood, Chef Gustavo will showcase the art of asado with a curated selection of premium cuts and sausages:                                                               Two different cuts of beef, highlighting Argentina's world-famous grilling traditions.   Chorizo and blood sausages (morcilla) for an authentic taste of the parrilla.   Chimichurri - Criolla salsa.                                                                                                  Special Requests Welcome:
